- WhatsApp conversation history (if you message us)

- Respond to your travel enquiry and create a bespoke trip proposal
- Communicate with you about your booking
- Send travel inspiration emails (only if you opt in)
- Improve our services
We will never sell your data to third parties. We share your information only with travel suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.) as necessary to fulfil your booking.

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in the EU) with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
